
Ba Qui – Located at center of the crown, at the intersection of center line of the crown and the line connecting the two ears. In Taijiquan, the “notion of suspending the crown of the head” (虚 灵顶劲) refers to the suspension of the Ba Qui acupressure point upwards toward the ceiling. The goal is to raise your spirits and allow the whole body to be relaxed, from head to toe.
Life Gate – Located at the mid-line of your lower back, directly opposite your Dantian (Dantian is the region on the front of the body, about 3 inches from your navel).
Hui Yin – Located near your perineum region.
Labor Palace – Located at the center of each palm.
Wind City – Located at the mid-line of the thigh, on the outer edge. When you drop your arms onto side of the body, your middle finger is roughly at Wind City acupressure point.
Bubbling Well / Spring – Located at the sole of each foot, about one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel.
